The Ask

City Point, Downtown Brooklyn’s largest food, shopping and entertainment destination, wanted to establish its presence in the neighborhood and beyond as a full-scale community hub. 


The Answer

We started our work with City Point by redesigning its website. In addition to setting the tone for the cool, upbeat, inclusive vibe of the property, it needed to provide information about everything from shops to events to store hours in an engaging, dynamic way. We partnered with Pentagram on eye-catching graphics and Jenco Creative on the site design and development. 

To share all that City Point has to offer, we created social media content that highlights everything guests can do, see, eat and experience when they visit. We worked closely with the tenants, including DeKalb Market Hall, City Point’s premier food hall, as well as with the property’s specialty boutiques, anchor stores and fitness studio, At Your Beat. 

To amplify City Point’s ongoing events and special programming, we: 

  • Developed comprehensive media partnerships with outlets including TimeOut New York, New York Magazine, Brooklyn Bridge Parents and Brooklyn Magazine, as well as designed and managed always-on social media advertising campaigns.

  • Created campaigns designed to drive awareness and foot traffic during peak seasons. Our #MyBKLYN back-to-school influencer campaign featured Instagrammers like @poochofnyc, @scoutthecity, @blueperk and more. And our LINK NYC campaign, which we designed in collaboration with Pentagram, was shown across 44 LINK screen throughout Brooklyn from fall through holiday 2018 and generated 2.5 million impressions
